We did use a Power Stretcher to get the carpet flat. Although in the after pictures you can still see where the bubbles where. Those are what we call filtration marks this happens when the bubbles are there for a long time and when the air goes over the bubble it acts like a filter and collects dirt so even though it is flat there is a dirt mark that makes it appear like the bubble is still there. Having your carpets steam cleaned after you have it stretched will get rid of these filtration marks.
